Purpose of the Site

The Site is a portfolio and showcase of the work, services and point of view of 333° Studio, an independent creative studio based in Paris. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of services. Engagements are formalised through a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Site — including without limitation the visual identity, logos, typography, photography, illustrations, animations, written content, source code, design system and case studies — are the exclusive property of 333° SAS, or are used with the permission of their respective owners. They are protected by French and international copyright, trademark and design laws.

You may consult and download content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are preserved. Any other use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or derivative work — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 333° SAS.

Brand assets, trademarks and case studies featured in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are presented for reference only. Their inclusion does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond what is explicitly described.

User obligations
